I'm going through the same as everyone else on here. But i was just told by a customer service rep that they don't use bad faith tactics just had to share this i also told her that wrongfully delaying claims could constitute insurance fraud.
I was told 2 days ago i had been approved and funds would be in my account today. I call once again yes its approved but the adjuster has not issued a check.
But they don't use delay tactics lol. I sent an email urging them to memorize Revelations 21:8 it says ALL LIARS GO TO *** im paraphrasing of course .
